Meal
There is nothing like sharing a meal with someone. Here is an idea for you, take someone out for a meal. Not someone who is in your "inner circle" - take someone who you know could use a little extra attention and some one on one time. You know who I am talking about. That person you know who is hurting. The one that has confided some of their struggles with you. A meal gives you an opportunity to relax. It levels the playing field. It puts people at ease. AND, it gives you a chance to show God's love. To live out the gospel

Become Familiar
One easy way to be missional is to become familiar. It is so much easier to make an impact in somone's life if you know them and they know you. It's called a relationship. You don't automatically have a right to speak into someone's life - you earn it. This happens by building a relaitionship with them. This can be done by making yourself a "regular" to their establishment.
Go to the same restraunt and sit in the same area. Get to know your waitress/waiter by name. Get to know their name. Be a big tipper. Leave words of encouragement
Go to the same grocery store and try to go to the same cashier every time. Make small talk. Encourage them. Say kind things. Smile.
It is little things like this that goes a long way in making relationships and gives you the opportunity to live out God's mission in their lives.
